With the state of our economy the way it is, why is it that all the contractors in Afghanistan or Iraq or in any other country were our tax money is being used, are hiring there labor force from the Balkans for the most part. Instead of giving the American people an opportunity to make the money overseas and putting it back in our economy American contractors are hiring there people from other countries that only take tax payer money but do nothing to return it to our economy. Right now the main contractors for LOGCAP IV are having recruiting drives in Bosnia, Macedonia, Croatia and Kosovo? Why not in St Louis, Kansas City, Indianapolis or Toledo? There are many Americans who would go to these countries just to be a part of something that America is envolved in and be able to help their families back here in the states and maybe assist in stimulating our economy as well. I think that these contractors are just raping the tax payer and I don't believe that the American Taxpayer realize this is even happening.
