With the state of our economy the way it is, why is it that all the contractors in Afghanistan or Iraq or in any other country were our tax money is being used, are hiring there labor force from the Balkans for the most part. Instead of giving the American people an opportunity to make the money overseas and putting it back in our economy American contractors are hiring there people from other countries that only take tax payer money but do nothing to return it to our economy. Right now the main contractors for LOGCAP IV are having recruiting drives in Bosnia, Macedonia, Croatia and Kosovo? Why not in St Louis, Kansas City, Indianapolis or Toledo? There are many Americans who would go to these countries just to be a part of something that America is envolved in and be able to help their families back here in the states and maybe assist in stimulating our economy as well. I think that these contractors are just raping the tax payer and I don't believe that the American Taxpayer realize this is even happening.

Anybody ever wonder about how the soldiers get fed, have there cloths washed or any of the everyday humdrum tasks. Even as far as maintenance for living quarters offices and tents. It's cheap labor from many different countries, mainly the Balkans. Thousands of workers are being hired from different countries by huge contractors like Fluor, DynCorp, KBR and many more. Most of these jobs could be given to Americans to provide for their families with the money put back in to our economy as well!

Fluor for example. Right now on their hiring webpage 95% of the jobs are recruiting from the Balkans. So where is our tax money going to for the most part? A large chunk of that TAX MONEY, is being used to assist in the economies of places like the Balkans! Instead of for America!

Granted, these are war zones and not all Americans are actually willing to live in such austire locations like Iraq and Afghanistan but  AMERICANS should be givin, at the very least, a chance to apply for these positions.

I believe that the Big Generals Club that oversees these LOGCAP contractors are assisting in the bottom line for these companies? Money! Billions of dollars and none of that is making it back to our economy by thousands of Americans willing to do these jobs.

I truly believe the American people do not even realize all this because it's not that important, but to thousands of Americans willing to risk there life and to be a part of something great, while providing for their families it will never happen. Why? We're AMERICANS!!
